Mechanical Properties
Strength, stiffness, toughness and durability under load.
TESTING SERVICES
We arrange tensile, hardness, thermal and environmental tests. A standard number alone is insufficient: specify state, dimensions, orientation, preparation and decision criteria so similarly named data remain comparable.
Batch comparisons need comparable specimens, versions and conditions. Conformity covers the measured item and conditions; normal static strength does not exclude fatigue, and a coupon does not establish the complete product.
Operating equipment is measured with positions, directions, speed or load comparisons, addressing source, path and receiver. A shaker test defines input, fixture, control and specimen operation. We provide both, but they serve different purposes.
Shaker endurance does not directly diagnose a site fault, and one response peak does not uniquely identify a damaged part. Before/after comparisons require comparable operation and mounting; a reduction does not eliminate every hazard.
Environmental, corrosion, shock and endurance work is arranged around the actual goal, procedure, observations and failure criteria. Materials, construction and service environment differ; no single acceleration factor applies universally.
Hours, cycles and unfailed specimens are interpreted within the method. Service-life extrapolation needs actual loading, environment and validation; acceptance or certification also requires the recipient's report and procedural conditions.
Categories help navigation; parameters, criteria, conditions and marked-report scope are task-specific.
Yes, through our own laboratories. Agree the sample, method, parameters, site safety and outputs; directory counts do not establish identical accreditation marks for every report.
Check the definition, specimens, conditions and calculation. Similar names do not always mean interchangeable quantities; state the comparison basis in the plan and report.
Not necessarily. Operating faults usually call for site measurements; product excitation can use a laboratory fixture and input. Specify the goal, state and site conditions to choose the route.
No. It describes agreed test conditions. Actual life also depends on environment, load, construction, manufacture and operation, requiring additional evidence and validation.
