Production & Shipment Inspection
On-site inspection from incoming material through final shipment.
INSPECTION SERVICES
Inspection can be arranged for production stages, delivery batches, equipment or engineering objects. Provide contracts, drawings, quantity and witnessing points; a delivery appearance check is not full-process verification.
Findings describe the time, place and scope checked. Agree samples, checklists, accessible areas and criteria before work. Passing sampled objects does not alone establish every unchecked unit.
Our own teams record condition and dimensions and arrange laboratory tests where needed. Connect photographs, IDs, position, batch and conditions to the samples and results.
Witnessing, nondestructive checks and destructive sampling answer different questions. Agree permissions and safety before dismantling, cutting or pressure work; preserve evidence and obtain consent for damage.
Reports can describe scope, actual methods, findings and evidence. Confirm contract acceptance, legal procedures or recipient requirements in advance; photographs and signatures do not establish every possible use.
An anomaly can lead to failure analysis or specific testing. Continued operation, structural safety or liability can require further technical and procedural evidence, not just a local inspection.
Counts describe directory entries; the plan and report define the actual scope and representation.
Our own laboratory technical teams arrange the work. Agree location, objects, requirements and coordination; shutdown, dismantling and hazardous operation require safety and permission first.
Not by themselves. Sampling basis, batch consistency, measured items and decision rules matter. Reports retain representation limits and do not declare untested items compliant.
Yes. We arrange appropriate tests or failure analysis. Record location and condition and retain controls and damaged parts before cleaning or repair; select further work around the question.
Not automatically. It covers agreed objects and checks. Safety, structural evaluation, regulated procedures or responsibility may require other evidence or qualifications; agree the intended use first.
